I get so annoyed when these buyers are looking at a house and step into the kitchen of an older home and without fail say: "This is in complete need of a total renovation." I remember when people kept their appliances as long as possible and didn't junk their appliances for the latest trend. And I am in complete agreement with Aaron's comment about spoiled people on House Hunters Int'l. These poor people who can't bear the cold and buy a vacation home in an exotic foreign place, working with a million dollar budget.
