So clearly I gotta catch up on Modern Family. Am I the only one not watching it?

And yes Brothers and Sisters is -- or was -- appointment televison with me on Sunday nights. I turned off lots of the episodes halfway through last year. Will give them a shot this season, am prepared to give up on them pretty quick. Last year was both boring and annoying, which is an interesting combination to strive for.

Hi There...I havent watched this year..but I must admit I love the award shows..I think I was blogging instead..I had a 2 month blogging hiatus..so now Im getting my fill again...My Fav show is Modern Family..and I have a girl crush on Sofia Vergara..aka Gloria..I also love the whole cast...I never usually watch the shows that win..only the HBO ones...Thanks for visiting..I took your lil Alfie button...so so cutie..!..Oh and BTW..my daughter was looking over my shoulder at your pic(shes 21)..and said.."wow he's hot.."...just sayin..!..

Modern Family is pretty hilarious. Kate Gosselin is some sort of media monster, she won't seem to go away. I do not understand it at all. I am very disturbed by it.

I did not see the opening sequence because there is such a thing as Trueblood, and I have priorities.

Interesting about Jimmy Fallon's songs; I don't really watch his show so don't know that much of his style. I thought the opening was great, then there was just too much singing for me.

Lots of positive buzz on the show today, and gotta admit was way better than lots of other award shows I have compelled myself to sit through!

Brahm...I have to agree with you...I can't stand any awards show really. It's a waste of my time...I have a life to live, and I could give shit less about the fact that there was a producer that thought about a show idea 50 years ago that needs a lifetime achievement award. In the end the only ones I care about are the ones they wait to the last 30 seconds to announce. =)

Coming from a country that really doesn't do big, over the top song and dance numbers, watching US awards shows is like watching a fascinating NatGeo documentary on some bizarre tribe. How do you not watch Modern Family? It's the best thing ever. For cereal. I triple dog dare you to watch it and tell me it doesn't deserve all the accolades in the book. Not that I watched the Emmys. Though I did watch the opening Glee thing. Cause yes I'm a Gleek. Anyway, watch Modern Family. I'm so in love with Cam it hurts. The end.
