Ok, my son, Molson Singer (8 year old pug) suffered from a similar problem recently, and I too googled dog shit - I did it b/c that's what I do when something out of the ordinary goes down in either of our lives. Anyway, he pooped again shortly thereafter (and this time in the house) so I never got to see the results. Thanks you for showing me what I missed.

Side note: I think you may in fact be my Canadian cyber soul-mate so I have added you to my blog roll. Perhaps I told you this last night during one of the three posts I believe I left, but I was drinking at the time. If so I apologize in advance.

Yikes. We also woke up this morning to diarrhea-esque poop all over the sofa and the rug. My dog, Dave, is going to be 15 on Jan 3 and he's been sick for a while. He just finished his meds and I think the last of the infection has now traveled to his intestines. He was coated in it, too, so I had to drag him into the shower and clean him up. He's a good dog but he's getting feeble.
