DC Comics has just unveiled their new look Wonder Woman, pictured above.She has more clothes (take that, Miley), and seems to be more street fighter and yes is actually wearing pants. Nice to see the lasso and bracelets are still there.
I still prefer the classic WW, as personified by Lynda Carter...

I'm sorry but Linda Carter will always be Wonder Woman to me. The new one could fade into any group of anime styled characters, and Wonder Woman is in no way a wall flower. Plus I have wanted her boots since I was a little girl :)
I'm not part of the comic book world and so have no opinion on the original versus revamped argument. The original is usually better. But how interesting, she IS wearing more clothes! She's completely covered! Take that Miley indeed! Although I will say, props to the original Woman for pulling off that suit.
I have to say I like the old one better, but hey I am almost 46 and I knew that one when I was a kid. I loved the show when it was new. Still like it when it comes on once in a while. I do agree with Rusty, the new one could fade in a crowd, and this is not her.

I've had a serious crush on Linda Carter as Wonder Woman since I was a kid. But the new one? Yeah, I'd take her home with me, too. Though I do miss the tiara.
I soo wanted to be Wonder Woman when i was a little girl. Right down to having my WW underoos. But, I have to admit, i do like this new distinctly bad ass version. She really looks likes she can kick some boo-tay.

I like the new Wonder Woman outfit, it's the pants on the old one that freak me out a bit. They like a bit like a cross between a diaper and y-fronts.
Lynda Carter was / is / will always be the REAL Wonder Woman! And Sean Connery is the only REAL James Bond!
The re-branding of Wonder Woman is a total FAIL. There's no way the new image beats Lynda Carter. There is still only ONE Wonder Woman. The new one doesn't measure up.
I agree is a fail, though curious to see it in the comic book before am sure. Oh, what the hell, it is a fail. Totally preferred the old one, at least until Annie called it a diaper...
Some things simply should not be messed with. "Wonder Woman" is one of them. And who designed her outfit? What's next, a freakin' burkah?
