After boycotting the show for all of last season --- I object to homophobia and am bored by stories about sex with ghosts --- I stumbled across the season premiere of Grey’s Anatomy last night. And it was a great episode.
Best part was Cristina’s proclamation before her wedding to Owen:
"I'm not wearing white. It's sexist, and vaguely racist."
And by the way, do not call them Owenstina. That is just wrong. Wrong wrong wrong…

I don't watch the show but would have loved to have heard that line being delivered!
It was a great episode, although I didn't want her to marry him. Having said that, it was a touching moment and I loved the dress, but I wonder if the wedding was just a symptom of Christina's PTSD. Should be interesting.
Are people really saying Owenstina? If they are it might top Calzona... Like really? WTF? They aren't food! I agree that was the best part though. I laughed. I love her snappy little comments!
I object to the whole show.
Blech.
Oh, I might have to check this out. I have never watched it before. Hey what is this thing about combining celebs names? Owenstina - that's just crap!!
I loved the show the first two seasons, loved it, then became a more casual viewer as I tend to lost interest in any show over time (ADD much?), then just walked away when the tabloid stuff about the actors was overwhelming the stale show. Liked this episode a lot, will probably try it again next week.
So far I have missed most of the premieres of everything this week, and doesnt sound like missing out on a whole lot.
you gotta get back into it! Arizona and Torez are all kinds of cute together!
Just like with the zodiac, I blogged about this episode too! That does it, I will follow your blog :-D
Thanks Sam!
And yes andygirl I agree, Arizona and Torez are great -- gonna watch again this week and see if am hooked for the season.
